How to choose a Pixel Lineage class
Roonby's beginner guide recommends Warrior as the first class because its attack pattern is simpler, and says you can try Thief, Mage and the others once you know the basics. The first class does not have to be permanent.
The Super class is the bigger decision. You choose one of three branches at the Trainer's Shrine, available from The Dungeon onward, and the choice is permanent for that hero. The later Ultra form must match the branch you pick, so compare all three before you confirm.
No Super class tier list
Roonby's Super class guide does not rank the 18 branches and says there is no need to assume one is universally stronger. This site therefore shows no tier for classes; the races, traits and weapons are the lists that carry tiers.
